Before entering bankruptcy and field services, our leadership experience was built in demanding, real-world operating environments. This included successfully managing large multi-unit restaurant operations across Southern California in both corporate and franchise organizations. Our project management experience also includes work for a construction subcontractor on major Southern California projects, including Petco Park in San Diego, Renaissance Towers in Los Angeles, and the Sierra Madre Villa transit station in Pasadena.
That operational foundation now informs our work in bankruptcy, restructuring, and field services. Our experience includes coordinating with local and federal law enforcement during recovery operations, securing and collecting high-value collateral for auction, and managing complex asset recovery assignments across multiple locations.
Our restructuring experience includes operating a $9 million business for an extended period during an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC), maintaining operations while simultaneously coordinating assets, creditors, vendors, employees, and the requirements of the wind-down.
We have also served in an operational leadership capacity for a multi-unit restaurant organization during Chapter 11 proceedings, bringing hands-on business operations experience into a restructuring environment where maintaining control of day-to-day operations was critical.
Our wind-down experience extends beyond traditional commercial businesses and includes managing closure operations for a large campus-based nonprofit educational organization, coordinating the many operational, personnel, vendor, and asset-related details required to bring operations to an orderly conclusion.
